What is Physio led Pilates
A low impact exercise which strengthens the body and improves flexibility. It trains the body to maintain better movement patterns to enhance your everyday life. Physio led pilates is run by specially trained physio’s, making sure you are exercising safely and effectively for your individual needs.
Why choose LWP Pilates
All of our instructors are qualified physiotherapists and we are the only team to offer Pilates supported by 2 physio’s in each class. This means that we can teach and correct technique throughout the session and ensure that everyone is working to their appropriate level.
Who can join our classes?
We encourage everyone to join our classes, you don’t need to be fit, flexible or strong. It’s also ok to be struggling with an injury as our classes are all injury safe.
You may also be looking for help to prevent injury in your chosen sport or hobby or improve your mobility after sitting at a desk all day.
We can adapt classes throughout pregnancy and also welcome postpartum mums.
We always advise that you contact us about any medical conditions, specific pains or issues before attending one of our classes.
What are my booking options?
You will only notice the benefits of Pilates if you do Pilates consistently. When you attend classes consistantly, it will become a habit and thats when change happens.
With this in mind we offer:
16-week blocks that are available to book 3 times per year (January, April & September) at £160 (£10 per class).
4-week blocks that run consecutively throughout the year (as close to the start of the month as possible) at £42 (£10.50 per class).
1-off pay as you go sessions (£12). Ideal if you know you have to miss a session or if you want to trial a session prior to signing up.
